On average, they've helped businesses grow their sales by 400%. Due to a huge expansion plan, they're now able to recruit a Head of Marketing to manage a 10-person team in their offices in Peterborough.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives. Your role will involve overseeing all marketing activities and leading a team of marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and target audience.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation in the competitive landscape.
3. Define and articulate brand identity, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with their target market.
4. Develop brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
5. Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
6. Optimize website performance and user experience to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
7. Lead Generation and Conversion.
8. Content Strategy and Creation.
9. Marketing Analytics and Performance Measurement.
10. Use data and analytics to optimise marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
The Candidate:
1. Proven experience of managing a whole marketing and communications function.
2. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
