Our client, a well-respected independent Property Management firm, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team and provide assistance on their new acquisition. This role will be varied; however, the key objective will be to manage the portfolio while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
My client is offering the successful Property Manager the following:
1. Full Support from the directors

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:
1. Full UK Driving License
2. Ability to work within a team
3. ARLA Qualification is preferred; however, not necessary
4. Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Key tasks for the Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
1. Keep up to date with changing legislation.
2. Liaise with third-party suppliers to complete any work required.
