As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in helping the LLM (Large Language Models) team design, refine, and optimise prompts and models. Your work will directly contribute to the enhancement of AI systems, improving their overall efficacy and providing valuable solutions to the company’s customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an AI professional with a passion for AI technologies, machine learning, and natural language processing to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the LLM team to design, refine, and optimise prompts for LLMs
* Work on enhancing the performance of AI systems, including chatbots and voicebots, through effective prompt engineering.
* Contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions that improve user experience and drive business outcomes.
Key Skills Required:
* Machine Learning: 2+ years of experience, with a focus on NLP or LLMs.
* ML Libraries, PyTorch and TensorFlow.
* Chatbot Development: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework or Dialogflow.
* Experience with either AWS, GCP, or Azure.
