Job Overview An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and enthusiastic physiotherapist to become part of an effective team, providing a high standard of clinical care to patients. You will manage a team of therapists and support workers to collectively deliver a high-quality rehabilitation service to the patients within Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. You will be working in a role to develop staff and the workforce to aid excellent patient care, to ensure standards are met and ensure evidenced based therapy is delivered. The successful candidate will: Hold a BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy. Be registered with the HCPC. Have relevant NHS experience either pre or post qualification. Have clinical expertise, knowledge and experience in the field of Physiotherapy. Have excellent communication skills. Have excellent leadership skills. Have evidence of continuing professional development. Be able to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
