Our highly adapted curriculum ensures that all pupils can engage in learning and achieve something to feel proud of. We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and motivated Specialist Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children succeed and is open to learning a modern approach to understanding neurodiverse pupils. Though our Specialist Teaching Assistants are currently assigned to a phase, it is important that they are able to work flexibly across the whole school from Early Years to Key Stage 4.
We encourage applications from people from all backgrounds and aim to have a workforce that represents the wider society that we serve. We pride ourselves on being an employer of choice. We champion diversity, inclusion and well-being and aim to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and has a sense of belonging.
