What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the service function, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimising performance across the team. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and mentoring a team ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business objectives.
* Implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality within the print finishing process.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and troubleshooting technical challenges.
* Identifying opportunities to refine workflows, boost performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Regularly reviewing operational data and customer feedback to report insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
