* Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all media channels.
* Analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies and share insights.
* Advising on biddable media strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Coordinating with external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
* Leading audience insights and performance marketing techniques, including personalization and dynamic content.
* Keeping up-to-date with latest media trends and best practices.
* Managing budgets effectively with agencies.

Qualifications:
* Experience managing cross-channel PESO media campaigns in a multi-market setting.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of media metrics and KPIs.
* Familiarity with adtech platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, DCO.
* Ability to translate analytical insights into media optimizations.
* Experience with offline and digital channels.
* Experience using 0 Party and 1st Party Data for audience targeting.
