Duties

* Supervise and support cleaning staff in effeciency.
* Train new team members on products, way to work, and safety protocols.
* Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all products are available for daily service.
* Foster a positive working environment by encouraging teamwork and effective communication among staff.
* Monitor cleaning quality and presentation to ensure it meets the company's standards.
* Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise during service hours.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of COSHH and leading a team.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
