As a Trade Marketeer Retail and Foodservice (UK & Ireland) you are accountable for the execution of local marketing plan supporting sales execution within LW value and volume ambitions of UK & UR. You are responsible to develop the market mix and execute trade marketing campaign to drive Market Share, Topline and Profitability. You will be ideally based in the Manchester or Leeds area and will report to the Channel Marketing Manager Foodservice EMEA and dotted line to the Retail Marketing Manager. You have experience in the Foodservice and/or Retail channel. This is Hay Grade 16 role. What do you do? In cooperation with the Channel Marketeer and with the Country Sales Manager, build and implement Annual TM calendar for the region with KPI’s Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, and ensure the success of product launches and promotions. Analyze Nielsen, Sell-in, Sell-out data to identify gaps and opportunities on monthly basis and translate into clear and insightful reports Work closely with the Leeds retail based distributor in the market to improve execution and implement TM plans Work closely with the Foodservice Top WHS to build strong annual promotional plan leveraging G2N Contribute to the long-term Route to Market strategy and develops the initiatives in the focus segments;. Support the Channel marketing team and the Country Sales Manager in developing the country’s Annual Operating Plan / Budget Improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through best practice in-store & online retailer activation Track on market trends, industry standards and competitor. Support the commercial team in the field scheduling periodical market visit to EU & WHS Utilize data and consumer insights to provide recommendations to drive category growth and market What do you bring? At least Bachelor education and working and thinking level; with specialisation in Marketing, Marketing Communication. Experience of launching new products and services to the market. Understanding of the channels & customers in the market and to be able to apply the best Marketing tools to execute successful launches. Experience in the use of panel data such as Nielsen (Desirable) Good Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Fluency in English A minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience within the FMCG market in the UK Foodservice and Retail Experience in Category Management is an advantage.
