As a valued member of our teaching staff, you will deliver outstanding lessons and nurture a love for Performing Arts among our dedicated students. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama. We are looking for someone who will: Lead the continuing development of a full resources, high quality curriculum at all key stages. Develop teaching and learning for Performing Arts, according to the needs of the students, teachers and whole school. Liaise with Senior Leadership colleagues to ensure cost-effective staffing which enables the delivery of high-quality learning to all students in areas of the curriculum. Monitor the quality of learning in Performing Arts in accordance with the Academy quality assurance policy and act where needed. Possess a strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum. Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Be passionate about working with young people. Provide a safe and supportive environment in line with safeguarding procedures.
