Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of treatments, including facials, waxing, nail services, and massages. Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Support and mentor junior therapists, assisting in their professional development. Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest service. Candidate Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (minimum). 2-3 years of experience working in a salon or spa environment. A passion for providing outstanding beauty treatments and client care.
