Part Time Bookkeeper Job in Ringwood – 9-month FTC
Our client is a thriving design and engineering firm who are searching for Bookkeeper for a 9-month contract role with an expected start date of 25 April 2025. They work with a great range of commercial clients and with their continuous innovations coupled with internal design & CAD engineers and a good mix of experienced and trainee staff members, they are seeing great results with year-on year growth and client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Finance:
* Xero accounting software
* Bank reconciliations
* Invoicing
* Supplier payments
* Monthly sales financial report
* Assisting with payroll
* Preparing audit documentation
Administration:
* Answering calls and responding to client enquiries
* General administration/filing
* Order office supplies as necessary
* Process expense claims and holiday requests for engineers
* Monthly reporting to MD
* Ad hoc administrative duties
Minimum Skills Required for the Part Time Bookkeeper:
* Strong understanding of Xero accounting software
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
* Proactive and keen to get stuck in
Salary and Benefits:
* A salary of £14-15 per hour, dependent on experience
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays – increasing with length of service
