An opportunity to join an expanding and progressive company as an Operations Administrator in a fast-paced and varied environment. As Operations Administrator, your role will be to produce contracts between clients and 3rd parties.

To apply for the Operations Administrator role, you need to be a confident communicator with a strong level of written and verbal skills. As well as this, you need to hold great organisational skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment – previous experience with contractual agreements is also desired.
Key Responsibilities:
* Check and process all contractual changes, in line with regulations, including preparing all necessary documentation.
* Process adjustments.
* Raise PO’s and distribute reports internally.
* Complete and update trackers daily (Excel).
* Coordinate and administer regional calls.
* Adhere to Code of Practice process.
* Advise internal office staff and external suppliers of changes.
* Set up client accounts on CRM system including billing lines.
* Provide admin support to multiple departments.
* Deal with incoming post/general correspondence for multiple departments.
* Set up client accounts including billing lines and update information on an internal database.
* Process all product discount forms.
* Coordinate, plan, schedule, and manage diaries.
* Liaise and action internal queries from other accounts, credit control, and telesales.
* Complete agreements in line with departmental KPIs.
* Perform ad hoc reports and tasks as required.
* Work within the guidelines and always maintain GDPR requirements.
Required Skills:
* Ability to build strong relationships across multiple departments.
* Word, Excel, and Outlook skills (including Inbox management and mail merge) essential.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic and motivated individual.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Organised and proactive approach to work, demonstrating versatility and flexibility.
* Ability to work at pace in a constantly changing environment.
* Previous experience in processing contractual agreements is desirable but not essential.
