Main Duties of the Job
The RCI Group was set up in 2018 as a parent company to our group of companies and stands for Respect, Courage, and Innovation. We bring together businesses that want to improve people's lives. When people hit a crisis point in their lives, they can often fall through the gaps between services, and our businesses innovate to help fill those gaps and support people at the time when they need it the most.
RCI and its umbrella companies cover a diverse section of responsibilities including supporting Sexual Assault Referral Centres, Police Custody Suites across the country, Court Support Services, Safe and Secure Patient Transport, NHS data analysis, and more.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate, determined, and resilient Head of Governance and Quality who wants to make a difference in the areas that we work in as well as within their career.
The Head of Governance and Quality role will specifically support our Prometheus (Birmingham) and Mountain Healthcare (Stevenage) businesses within the RCI Group, providing a full Governance and Quality remit to each business while helping to drive the businesses forward.
