Detailed job description and main responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in a healthcare setting, whether hospital-based or in the community.
* A caring, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
* Experience in clinical tasks like vital signs observations, Blood Glucose Monitoring.
* Care Certificate.
Person specification
* Experience as a Health Care Support Worker.
* Able to demonstrate genuine interest in caring for people.
* Experience of working in a team.
* Experience of caring for people in hospital and other care settings.
* Able to demonstrate commitment to the requirement of the bank role.
* Experience working in an NHS hospital.
Qualifications and training
* Able to demonstrate understanding of written English.
* Have numerical and analytic skills.

* Completed Care Certificate.
* Has/working towards NVQ or equivalent in Health and Social Care or any care qualification.
