Senior Service co-ordinator required working within our service department for our manufacturing client based in Wednesbury. We are looking to recruit a Senior Service co-ordinator to lead the Internal Service personnel in providing an amazing customer experience to our valued customers and to assist and support within the Service department in the coordination of engineers visits to meet our customers’ requirements.
Working as part of our Service department you will provide effective coordination and liaison with other departments to ensure highest levels of customer service is provided to our clients.
Duties include:
* Arrange Team members work tasks, holidays, and any other personnel issues relevant to the role
* Monitor, plan and execute service work, organise External Service Engineers work tasks
* Conduct efficient customer liaison via telephone, email and other media
* Distribute and monitor the highest department performance measures. This includes but is not limited to meeting the highest measurements of Enquiries, Lead Time, Customer visits, customer satisfaction
* Monitor and improve internal processes
* Provide accurate and timely data to Customer Operations Manager and Company Directors
* Proactively look to continually improve systems and controls
* Input service jobs onto the system
* Plan engineer’s weekly diary
* Liaise with customers on service bookings and general communication
* Raising invoices
* Update customer database
* Raise purchase orders onto suppliers and monitor deliveries
* Organise plant equipment for service visits
* Liaise with other internal departments
Experience & Skills required:
* Previous background in Service administration or customer administration and experience of equipment manufacturer’s sales operations and route to market.
* An understanding of customer service/sales functions, systems and procedures.
* Ability to communicate effectively with Internal and External customers and suppliers
* Be committed to providing 100% customer service and company objectives
Working Hours: 37.5 hour week 0830 and 1700, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £30,000 per year
