I guess if you're reading this then you are probably not entirely satisfied in your current role, whether that is due to lack of progression / development opportunities, poor company culture, an underfunded engineering department or company performance. The silver lining is that your skill set is in demand.
The client I'm representing scores highly in all those metrics, I know this as I've placed numerous Engineers with them who are still with the business and are very satisfied with how they are being treated. Realistically this role will suit someone who desires stability and has medium to long-term career goals, this role will not be suitable for candidates who job hop every 18 months.

Additionally, to the comprehensive support and development opportunities, they also offer a leading benefits package which consists of a Pension (18%) + Bonus + Share Scheme.
The Role:
1. Working on a 3on / 3off basis, alternating days & nights.
2. Reporting into an Engineering Team Lead, you will work within a large Engineering team.
3. To carry out planned and unplanned maintenance with a single point of focus on a large production line.
4. Help develop maintenance plans and strategies with your Reliability Engineer.
5. There will be an element of coaching less experienced members of the team.
The Person:
1. You will have previously worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2. Multi-skilled - either bias.
3. Be a natural problem solver who has a mind for getting to the root cause of issues.
