Your role. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with onboarding new users to all Epyx products and managing product implementation projects to ensure smooth and efficient transitions. In addition, you will coordinate and drive the development and enhancement of both new and existing products within the UK and our rapidly growing European markets.. What you'll be doing Key Accountabilities: Implement new and existing products and services to customers to an agreed standard and in a timely manner to maximize usage. Establish, agree, and deliver implementation plans and documents. Understand the features of the Epyx range of products. Support the business with demonstrations and by attending meetings. Become and remain familiar with the market for the Epyx range of products – existing and future. Work to meet agreed documentation standards. Develop specifications for software and process changes. Develop and document implementation and testing procedures. Be involved with Platform Development projects. Coordinate and schedule all product developments. Understand changes to the product. Coordinate testing. Comply with agreed documentation standards. Carry out additional tasks as directed from time to time. Collaborate with your team to assist in performing tasks. Working Relationships: Internal: Director of Product Management, Senior Project Consultant, Product Owners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, Software Development, and Business Development. External: New and Existing Customers & Suppliers. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Understanding of project planning and documentation. Ability to plan a project. Knowledge of software testing. Epyx product knowledge would be a distinct advantage. Good understanding of Excel for reporting and data analytical work. Ability to define change requirements. Industry knowledge would be an advantage. Modern languages would be an advantage. UK Driving Licence Personal Characteristics: Logical and methodical mindset. Effective communication skills. Ability to chair and minute a meeting effectively. General Duties: Occasional international travel.
