The Role:
As a BMS Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge BMS projects. Your responsibilities will span various critical stages of project development, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Solution Design and Specification: Lead the design and specification phases for new projects, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing costs effectively.
* Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with technical and business development teams to meet client needs and expectations.
* Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee subcontractor activities to procure competitive designs and proposals aligned with project objectives.
* On-site Management: Coordinate on-site activities including surveys, audits, and data collection to support project objectives.
* Controls Design Leadership: Take ownership of control design processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
* Bid Support: Assist in tendering processes by providing comprehensive specifications and supporting bid development efforts.
* Project Planning: Drive project planning activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Quality Assurance: Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven track record in BMS projects within multidisciplinary teams.
