Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
* Managing our inbound customer service via telephone.
* Providing a high standard of customer service to our customers.
* Dealing with first-time customer query resolution when possible, following correct escalation procedures.
* Using and implementing feedback given from coaching and monitoring sessions.
* Maintaining high standard data security and GDPR regulations.
* Following your assigned daily schedules and tasks.
* Managing complaints.
What Are We Looking For?
* Somebody with a passion for good customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Punctual and conscientious.
* Good attention to detail.
Hours:
* 35-40 hours per week (role dependent - this can be discussed at interview).
* Monday - Sunday (role dependent - this can be discussed at interview).
* Training - fully paid - first 1 to 2 weeks classroom based (role dependent) then 2 weeks hyper care.
Salary:
* £12.00 per hour.
* Paid fortnightly.
Requirements:
* At least 6 months customer service or contact centre experience.
* Full-time availability.
* ID & right to work required (passport or birth certificate).
* Immediate start.
* Basic Access NI check / credit check is required once successful.
