Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bathroom Design & Salesperson to join our team in Amersham.
The Role
The primary role of the Bathroom Design and Salesperson is to support and liaise with the Showroom Manager and undertake any tasks to help the branch run efficiently. You will also be required to bring in new business, hit budgets, and perform to the level required.
Individually, you will be responsible for your own customer appointments, designs, sales, and aftercare of your client base. We require all staff to ensure they help the branch increase margin, build strong customer relationships, provide great customer service, and specify customer needs in a timely and proactive manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Help the day-to-day running of the showroom while building strong relationships and influencing the sales process.
2. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and work in a targeted environment.
3. Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible, taking responsibility for the start to end sales process.
4. Prepare and manage effective meetings with customers in the showroom or on-site.
5. Execute and coordinate the sale of the bathroom, achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets.
6. Create and maintain your individual lead database and discuss leads and job progress with the Showroom Manager.
7. Place customer orders directly with suppliers in accordance with company procedures and manage customer timeframe expectations.
The Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years showroom design/sales experience.
* Good verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to take and give instructions.
* Organised in prioritising workload effectively.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times.
The Hours
Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:15
Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:15, Saturday 08:00 - 12:00
