TWX, on behalf of our client, are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator. This position is perfect for an ambitious individual with a passion for real estate and sales, who is looking to take the next step in their career. This role could be based out of 3 locations: Stirling, Linlithgow or Grangemouth, depending on the successful candidate.
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
1. Registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs
2. Assisting in marketing and advertising any properties
3. Dealing with phone and email queries
4. Liaising with all interested parties
5. Negotiating and agreeing offers to sale agreed
6. Progressing sales through to exchange of contracts and completion
7. Keeping administration records updated

Key Responsibilities:
1. Know and understand the full range of properties available on the development
2. Build detailed knowledge of buyer's individual needs and match these to available properties
3. Follow up all enquiries and actively progress sales from reservation to completion
4. Complete all administration on time and accurately
5. Carry out home demonstrations with purchasers prior to settlement
6. Carry out snagging inspection and handover appointment on behalf of the developer/purchaser at time of settlement
7. Deliver exceptional customer service across the board
What You’ll Need:
* Experience in estate agency or property sales
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the Central Belt property market
* A full UK driving licence
* An energetic, results-driven mindset
