Job summary Senior Clinical Support Worker Peritoneal Dialysis Unit based at St James's Hospital treats and supports patients in home dialysis care. You will be working within the hospital and community settings. The peritoneal dialysis Unit is open 7 days a week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 4.00pm.
