Taskmaster Resources Ltd in Huddersfield are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator for a full time, permanent role role with their client in Brighouse, HD6. Working hours 9-5pm Mon-Fri. Whats involved: Coordinate all inbound transportation from supplier to final destination Monitor ETAs to ensure timely deliveries and keep relevant departments and customer informed Communicate with forwarders to track shipments and arrange deliveries Manage shipping documents (invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin) Liaise with Sales regarding stock queries Liaise with internal departments to coordinate deliveries to our main warehouse Support the Supply Chain Manager General office duties including answering the telephone, scanning in Keeping spreadsheets and our ERP up to date at all times Administrative support such as data entry, record keeping, filing, maintaining records What were looking for: Previous experience as an Administrator is essential Logistics experience an advantage Excellent time management skills along with the ability to multi-task Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to use initiative, prioritise and manage own workload A good team player Works well under pressure Conscientious, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible Motivated, bright and a quick learner Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages Sage experience preferred but not required Full job training provided To register for this role remotely candidates must have: UK or EU passport/Biometric Residence Permit, Home office share code (if applicable), proof of NI number other than a payslip and a bank statement for a UK bank account in their own name ADZN1_UKTJ
