About the role: Supply Teaching Assistant (TA): We are looking for Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and support primary schools in Enfield, London. Application Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children (in any capacity).
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
• A passion for helping children succeed.
• A flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children with academic boosters and targeted interventions.
• Assist students with SEN (including autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs) to help them thrive in the classroom.
• Provide personal care when needed, ensuring all students receive the care and attention they deserve.
• Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
