The Wave, Bristol, are recruiting a part-time Contact Centre Team Member. We have a 16 hour contract available that will be scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays.

As a Contact Centre Team Member, you will play an essential part in our visitor’s overall experience. As the first person they may speak to on the phone or via email, the customer experience team have the opportunity to set the tone for what will be an incredible visit at our ground-breaking venue. Our team are a fountain of knowledge for all things Wave to assist our visitors.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media or live chat to our customers.
* Handle customer queries and complaints to create resolutions that benefit both the business and the customer.
* Drive revenue through the promotion of The Wave products and conversion to sale.
* Strive to hit all company KPIs, including customer satisfaction, financial goals, and all contact centre SLAs.
* Maintain a strong attention to detail and push for continuous improvement.
* Take initiative and adopt a proactive approach to challenges.
* Ensure attention to detail in communication and adherence to H&S rules.
