Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Financial Institutions Group team as an experienced Analyst. The role will comprise of working to support senior bankers in executing corporate finance, M&A and financing transactions covering financial institutions. What will you do? Prepare new business presentations and meetings, and other such duties. Gathering public information through numerous sources and conducting general research Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis Financial modelling and analyses Producing and maintaining various databases (e.g. trading and transaction comparable) Assisting in execution of mandated deals (e.g. marketing materials, process management) What do you need to succeed? Must have Highly motivated with clear desire for working in Investment Banking Environment Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent from a well-regarded university Able to demonstrate experience operating at Analyst level in Corporate Finance, where some of the above task have already been performed Strong written and oral communication Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint What is in it for you?
