Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a secondary school located in Macclesfield who are currently seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant. This role is great for a recent graduate looking to get into teaching or someone looking to gain SEN experience within a mainstream secondary school. The school are looking for an individual who can confidently support those students who require 1-1 support and work well within an established SEN department. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child/developmental psychology and mental health. Previous experience working within a mainstream secondary school is desirable, but not essential for this role.
