Mill House offers clients 24-hour hospitalisation and advanced emergency care from a single site - no remote answering services with CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopic and multi-parameter monitors used for general anesthesia. We pride ourselves on training and supporting students and new graduates. Our Nurses have their own dedicated consulting rooms. We are proud to be one of the few practices in the country to have 6 outstanding awards as part of the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme. Mill House is a cat friendly practice with separate wards and waiting areas.
We are looking for a dedicated, professional team member, who shows a real passion and positive attitude in every duty they perform. You will be supported by a great team of vets and support staff. As a registered veterinary nurse, you would be an important part of the team in the practice. You will be performing a variety of duties, such as maintaining high standards of inpatient care, assisting with surgical procedures, and running nurse clinics.

Due to the needs of the hospital, we operate a rota system, therefore the times of work vary from the earliest shift starting at 7:00am and the latest shift finishing at 10.30pm. This position is for a full time, working 4x 9.5 hour shifts Monday-Friday including out of hours and duties. The role also includes 1 in 3 weekends working. Salary up to £30,000 DOE.
