Your new company
You will be joining a leading international real estate investment and property management company, with an excellent reputation for its outstanding working environment and culture. The company is growing at an outstanding rate and is developing its footprint in the UK through additional social/environmentally focused projects.
Your new role
You will be tasked initially with developing the already high-performing Qualified team, alongside supporting the Group Finance Director in driving standards across the group controls and processes. The role will include adhering to a strict timeline to produce a robust Group consolidated P&L month-end close, alongside management of the Group consolidation process and reporting output, with the associated commentary. Driving for insightful reporting and preparation and the reviewing of Group interim and statutory accounts and UK subsidiary statutory accounts will also be key in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with previous experience of dealing with complex listed accounting structures. You'll have strong communication skills and be able to adapt and communicate with colleagues/stakeholders at various levels. You'll have a strong personality, producing competency and behaviour frameworks, with the ability to influence and drive decisions in a Qualified team.
