Right now, they’re on the lookout for a Media Strategy & Planning Director - a strategic heavyweight who’s confident leading thinking, building multi-channel frameworks, and getting involved right at the heart of client and new business conversations.
The role - what you’ll be doing:
* Build bold, insight-led media strategies for key clients across education, employer branding, and youth marketing sectors.
* Shape 12-month to 3-year campaign frameworks that respond to audience behaviour, recruitment cycles, and brand goals.
* Lead the creation of multi-channel media plans, spanning digital, OOH, audio, publisher platforms, and beyond.
* Drive media planning for tenders, pitches, and onboarding, helping the agency win new work and new fans.
* Be a key advisor to Account Directors and Managers, supporting planning excellence across both their Swansea and Leamington Spa hubs.
* Keep the agency connected to the latest media trends - and keep evolving how they plan, think, and deliver.
* Build measurement frameworks that balance short-term wins with long-term brand growth.
* Embed a culture of curiosity, testing, and continuous improvement in every campaign.
What you’ll bring to the table:
* 6+ years of media planning or strategy experience, ideally in an agency environment.
* Big-picture strategic thinking, rooted in comms theory, audience insight, and media expertise across both online and offline channels.
* A collaborative mindset - you’re energised by lifting a team and sparking ideas.
* Confidence using planning tools like TGI, AdIntel, GWI - and a passion for keeping skills sharp.
* Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders - both clients and internally - with a focus on clear, inspiring communication.
