Description
1. Processing orders on the phone for Nurses and Patients
2. Managing queries relating to orders, products or other services
3. Investigating any delays or delivery issues
4. Working with the warehouse to ensure all orders are processed on time.

1. Effective telephone and communication skills
2. Has an empathetic ear and can communicate with people on all levels
3. Excellent verbal and written communications
4. Confidence with new technologies
