We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our Team, this is an exciting role with a lot of opportunity to learn, grow and develop your career!
You will play a key role in our Manufacturing Team and be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the manufacturing/machining cells and plant facilities.

Main areas of responsibility are as follows, but are not limited to:
* Diagnosing and solving electrical and mechanical breakdowns, effectively and efficiently.
* Ensuring continuous running of the production line (Machine Up Time – OEE) through effective preventative maintenance and close coordination with Mfg Teams.
* Plan and execute a variety of projects as part of the maintenance team.
* Lead scheduled maintenance on all equipment with minimal downtime.
* Support building maintenance actions and 5S Lean process expectations.
* Support strategic capital investment projects including new equipment purchases, capacity expansion, and Facility improvements.
* Support various action plans to implement new productivity concepts, safety and ergonomic improvements.
* Initiate, participate and implement improvement programmes and initiatives (including methods to improve departmental performance and decrease operating cost).
* Maintain good housekeeping, a healthy and safe work environment and the safe use of equipment and machinery.
* Ensure all work and conduct is in accordance with the Company Handbook and Company Business System.
* Carry out any other reasonable request, as and when required.
Criteria
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in repair and preventative maintenance, who can demonstrate a good working attitude, who is flexible and able to work as part of a team that wants to support our business. Experience
* 3+ years proven work experience in a manufacturing facility and equipment maintenance role.
* Demonstrated experience of conducting repair and preventative maintenance for complex CNC factory (including multiple Turning and Milling work centers). Key CNC machines include multiple Citizen Lathes and Haas Milling center.
* Demonstrated experience of carrying out repair and preventative maintenance for Press Shop, Forging, and Rumbling operations.
* Demonstrated experience with general repair and maintenance of overall facility including typical office and factory infrastructure.
* Demonstrated skills in maintenance/maintenance-related field (electrical, electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, fluid power, or robotics, etc.) and meet experience requirements.
* Strong knowledge of CNC machine tool service or maintenance.
* Conversant in a variety of CNC control systems and machine types.
* Motivated to work on industry leading equipment.
* Well organised, ability to prioritise workload and deliver to commitments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experienced with the application of Lean Manufacturing & 5S principles.

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be based at our production facility in Llandygai Industrial Estate, Bangor. You will benefit from:
