An opportunity has arisen to join this dynamic and integrated real estate team, renowned for managing a diverse range of transactions across many sectors. As a firm, their client base includes many of the current FTSE 100 and Fortune Global 500 companies and so the quality of work is excellent.
In this role, you would be an integral part of the team, working on a variety of transactions and projects. You would have the opportunity to collaborate with partners to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific needs, while gaining valuable experience and insights into the commercial real estate sector.
The ideal individual at Associate level will be at least 3 PQE and will have impressive technical knowledge and experience dealing with a range of real estate matters including real estate finance and asset management. Experience within the energy sector is desirable but not mandatory. At Managing Director level you would be coming in on a partnership track and so you would be required to complete a business case to demonstrate suitability for the role.
