A leading supplier of industrial products is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of its retail locations. The company specializes in hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, filtration, and fluid connector components, as well as custom packaged systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all daily store operations including sales, inventory, fabrication, and customer service.
2. Develop strategies to grow the customer base, increase store traffic, and maximize profitability.
3. Provide expert product and sales support to customers.
4. Manage inventory levels and monitor buying trends and customer needs.
5. Maintain budget projections and store performance metrics.
6. Fabricate and assemble products (training provided).
7. Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and brand-consistent.
8. Become a subject matter expert in industrial product technology and applications.

Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 4:30pm
