The Faculty Support Team in the Faculty of Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Administrator to join us. We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and Administrative services to the Faculty Team, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person to join us.
Under the direction of the PA to the Head of Faculty Operations you will provide routine support in the faculty support office. A flexible 'can do' approach is essential, as you will be required to engage with a dynamic team. Good team working skills are essential, alongside the ability to prioritise and manage an ever changing workload. You will provide excellent customer support to the executive leadership team by arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, and other types of admin support as required. Experience in Microsoft applications is essential, with knolwedge and experience of Microsoft SharePoint being desirable.
You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain experience in a wide range of Faculty projects. More details about what the position involves are in the job description. You will need to be able to work at any of our sites, but primarily main campus. We do offer flexibility to work from home, however this is agreed informally within the department.
