1. Support Time & Attendance application for multiple US locations, including time collection & approval, payroll calculation, accruals, & attendance management.
2. Provide Time & Attendance data and other payroll instructions for the outsourced payroll vendor to process.
3. Supporting the weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly & monthly payrolls.
4. Investigating any issues or errors and help rectify them within appropriate timescales
5. Reconciling Time & Attendance system data with Payroll system data
6. Producing scheduled and ad-hoc reports as required
7. Requesting the payroll vendor to process employee off-cycle payments when required
8. Participate in continuous improvement and process simplification activities
9. Contribute to developing the Time & Attendance standard operating procedures (SOPs)
10. Participate in Howmet Self-Assessment Test (ASAT) testing
11. Support activities as and when required on other payrolls supported by the UK based payroll team.
This is a part-time position - 22 hours per week. Working days will be: Monday/Tuesday/Friday.
