Fantastic Kettering-based Nursery looking for a Childcare Practitioner/ Teaching assistant to join the team who is dedicated to delivering early education tailored to children's needs. The setting provides support to all children and provide a free-flowing environment for them to explore and develop their understanding of their environment. The Nursery is also host to several children with suspected and diagnosed additional needs where the team are fantastic at ensuring their activities are diverse and accessible for all.
Experience: Previous experience in a nursery setting is highly desirable.
Flexibility: Open to on-the-day calls to nurseries and adaptable to different environments.
Passion: A genuine love for working with young children and a proactive attitude.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of child-led learning principles.
Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
