Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of retail associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Duties:
1. Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Train, motivate, and supervise retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
4. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory management.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
6. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to enhance the overall store appearance.
7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
Skills:
1. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
2. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
3. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
6. Ability to drive sales through effective selling techniques.
7. Experience in supervising a team of retail associates.
8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions independently.
9. Knowledge of sales management principles and techniques.
10. Organisational skills to ensure smooth store operations.
