Our Neighborhoods team are currently recruiting for a permanent experienced Enforcement Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality tenancy enforcement service to tenants and residents; ensuring strong relationships are developed with partners and robust enforcement action is taken when needed. You will need to provide expert advice and support to colleagues and tenants on related concerns such as no access or anti-social behaviour. We are located at 6 Knowsley Place, Bury and will be required to work from site, office and have the flexibility to work from home. Candidates must have access to their own vehicle and the ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team.
