Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled practitioner who possesses the ability to carry out planned nursing care assessment and reviews. The practitioner will have the ability to work as part of a team and be able to work effectively from home as well as at base. You will have good communication skills and experience of multi-working. You should preferably have experience working with Older Adults with Functional and Organic illness.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload under the supervision of Band 6/7 members of staff.
You should be a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a car driver/owner.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
