My client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to drive forward their growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, establishing strong relationships with clients, and increasing brand awareness.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning – you will work closely with the managing partner and take the lead on the firm’s current sales focus. You will need to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
2. Business Development – You will identify new business opportunities to build and nurture, to help increase the firms client base and revenue. This is a high-impact role that offers fantastic growth potential and the opportunity to shape the future of a growing legal firm.
3. Marketing – Using a mix of digital marketing, events, and content marketing to attract new clients and enhance brands visibility
4. Systems & Process Management –Work with external providers and the internal team to identify, develop and implement systems and processes to improve sales & marketing efficiencies.
5. Market Analysis – Conducting research and staying up to date with industry trends, competitors and new opportunities.
6. Budget Management – Responsibility for the sales & marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and achieving a positive return on investment.
7. Sales Leadership – Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
8. Maintain Relationships – Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
About you
9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field.
10. 7+ years’ experience in sales & marketing, ideally gained in legal but they will also consider other professional services backgrounds. You must have a proven ability to develop and execute successful sales & marketing plans.
11. Experience within the tech industry is highly desirable
12. Strong leadership skills
13. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
14. Ability to interpret data and make positive changes
