Job Description
* Acting as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
* Managing the CEO's diary, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel itineraries.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files and records.
* Attending meetings on behalf of the CEO when required.
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Performing any other tasks as required to support the CEO's operations.
* Liaising between the CEO and other department heads.
* Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA to CEO should have:
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Experience as an EA to CEO or C-Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
* Ability to commute to Solihull full time.
