ABPM are recruiting a confident, organised and self-disciplined Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to support an established function.
\n\n
If you are seeking a role that is flexible and predominantly homebased, this opportunity could be the ideal opening for a versatile individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is assertive and capable of managing a dual position.
\n\n
Some of your duties will include:
\n\n
\n\t
* Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
\n\t
* Prepare and raise monthly sales invoices.
\n\t
* Report, escalate and recover aged debts.
\n\t
* Accurate general ledger postings.
\n\t
* Prepare vat returns.
\n\t
* Bank and credit card reconciliations.
\n\t
* Support month-end and payroll processes.
\n\t
* General administrative duties including support with HR and diary management.
\n\t
* Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
\n
\n\n
You should have achieved or have the abilities within:
\n\n
\n\t
* Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles.
\n\t
* Solid bookkeeping skills.
\n\t
* IT literate, Xero experience would be advantageous.
