The Role:
As an Unqualified SEN Teacher, you will collaborate with experienced SEN professionals to deliver tailored learning experiences. Your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting lesson delivery under the guidance of qualified teachers
2. Assisting in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
3. Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions
4. Collaborating with SENCOs and staff to foster inclusive learning environments
5. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the team
Requirements:
