My client, a Tier 1 company, is currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to support and oversee the construction of a high-end residential project. The project consists of traditional build units.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of aims and objectives
2. Formulation of procedures
3. Preparation and delivery of strategic briefs
4. Formulation and delivery of risk management strategy
5. Value management report / option appraisal report
6. Development and maintenance of risk register and latest risk analysis
7. Time and resource planning
8. Coordination and monitoring of Site Investigation
9. Equipment strategy report
10. Preparation of financial and progress reports for client meetings
11. Planning of logistics relating to construction
Requirements:
1. CSCS
2. External and Internal experience on traditional build projects
