Your Role:
Duck & Waffle are now looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to oversee our beverage complement across our stunning restaurant. Our beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. You will be the ambassador and educator for each of our guests, pairing together the most suitable wine & beverages on offer whilst they dine.
Service is always at the forefront, so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic, and very friendly. Our guests choose Duck & Waffle for a memorable experience, and you will be part of making each experience that extra special.

Your Requirements:
* At least 2 years as Sommelier with knowledge of wine and beverages
* Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
* Customer focus - demonstrating exceptional guest service
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* A willingness to learn and grow within the business
* The ability to maintain and set processes and standards
