HR Advisor Location: Middlesbrough (Hybrid working available) The Opportunity: Reed HR are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join an organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a diverse range of HR activities and the chance to develop your career in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the SHRBP to provide operational HR support across the site, ensuring effective HR practices and positive employee relations. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to managers on HR and Employee Relations issues. Support the implementation of HR policies and practices. Manage day-to-day HR issues and ER cases. Maintain accurate employment and personnel records. Produce HR KPIs, management reports, and documentation. Monitor and provide training to control absenteeism and workforce turnover. Support key projects, including Wellbeing and DE&I agendas. Drive local or organisational changes with SHRBP guidance. Manage onboarding processes for new starters. Ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation. Skills and Experience: CIPD qualified or equivalent experience. Strong HR advisory experience. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
