Job summary We are looking to recruit a professional, conscientious, individual to become part of the Administration Team for our Looked after Nursing Team and 0-19 Admin team. The working hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. The role is a dual role split between the Looked After Children's Team and Merton Admin Spa Looked after Children Service: The post holder will work closely with the Looked after Children's Nurses who are responsibility for the health and wellbeing of the Merton Looked after Children (LAC). The team is a small dynamic team, who put the children's needs at the heart of our work. This was recognised in 2024 with one of our nurses winning the CLCH coveted Compassion in Care Award. Merton Children's SPA Team, Senior Administrator: The post holder will work closely with the Spa Team leader and be responsible to support clinical services, manage the daily demand of referrals and to effectively prioritise incoming referrals into urgent and non-urgent. The post holder will also take online management duties to members of the Admin Team, completing 1:1's and daily management duties. You will work flexibly between the 2 services.
