Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
At Alfred Recruitment LLP, we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise recruitment tools to source and screen candidates
* Identify, develop and maintain new business relationships
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer negotiation
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
* Implement lead generation strategies to attract passive candidates
* Utilise social media management tools to promote job opportunities
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience
* 1+ years' experience recruiting within the engineering, construction and/or architecture industries
* Previous Sales and Customer Service experience
* Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to influence and negotiate with others
* The ability to think creatively and strategically
* Self-motivation and motivated by targets
* PC literate and able to use MS Office Applications
* Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
